Context: I use this to improve voice quality for video conferencing, by plugging in using USB. First the bad - the microphone is only "OK". Jabra has a demonstration of the richness you might expect from the mic, especially bringing out the bass. BUT the mic ends up sounding tinnier than the one built-in to my laptop. NOT COOL, JABRA. The speaker is another case. It makes voices sound like they are in the same room. It is pretty heavily EQ'd, like Bose gear. So the presence is off the chart. This does mean listening to music is quite fatiguing. But this is the single best speaker I've encountered for video conferencing.
