I bought this this morning and the box says it comes with a 15cm USB-A to USB-C cable but it doesn’t.

10,000 mAh is a great capacity for almost everyone. Personally, I am able to charge my phone (Samsung A50) the same amount as advertised (2.5 times). The overall build quality of the product is decent, only with one side seeming somewhat "hollow". I would imagine this is where the power controller etc. are. The included USB-A to USB-C cable is nothing amazing, but definitely gets the job done. The USB ports in the product itself seem high quality, having no movement whilst plugging cables into them. Overall would recommend.

I'm able to fully charge my Samsung A51 phone twice instead of only once. The USB-C port provides Fast Charging capability.

Great little piece of kit this PB. Bought it for hiking and bike packing. It's relatively small in size and light in weight, and easily slides into a shirt or hiking pants pocket, or my pack. It carries enough charge to recharge my iPhone 8+ at least 3 times and has dual sockets, so I can recharge the phone and my headlamp (Petal Swift) simultaneously. I like the digital LED display which gives me an accurate battery charge state, and it's not too bright for night charging. Price point was very good and it was delivered very quickly. All around good value, thanks JB ;-D

A helpful man assisted me to select what i needed for my Samsung Android phone to keep it charged away from a plug in power source. I am using it and find it fairly simple. The on /off button confuses me though as the turning off process does not provide the cue of a blank screen. The numbers seem to remain illuminated. This is confusing for me.

Efficient and reliable. Glad I got it and good value.

Good battery bank, it does the job for what it is made for. Portable and easy to keep in a pocket.
